Close to the harbor so it is easy to reach for just one night stay in Gili Trawangan

The corner room near the fish pond had a hot AC. The service was friendly, but I would like to ask that the AC in the room be checked so that future guests can stay more comfortably.

There is no water supply at 12 midnight and 10 am. During the day the room is very hot even though there is AC and a fan. Got room number 15 and the atmosphere was always noisy until 2 am.

The staff is friendly. But because we booked a room for 3 people, we got a room above the lobby which was hot and seemed to have not been used for a long time. There was no key. And the AC, even with a fan, did not help even though it had been left on all day to cool down. It's a shame because when you look at the other rooms behind, they are very beautiful.

The room wasn't that clean. We always had smell in the bathroom, hardly tp find toilet paper. The staff or the guy in charge didn't say good morning and looked unfriendly at the morning. But I and my husband liked the fruit juice and the breakfast was good.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the AC in this room. The AC is not cold enough and instead emits hot air, which really disturbs my sleeping comfort. In addition, this room feels damp and has a very unpleasant smell. I felt uncomfortable within just 30 minutes of check-in. I want to move to another hotel. The price is around 300 thousand rupiah, which I think is very expensive, but the quality of this room is not at all comparable to the price of a 100 thousand rupiah room. AC problem, please service the AC and fill it with freon 🤨.

Everything is great. The staff is fun, friendly and very lovely. I went alone but I felt completely secure in this place. Will definitely come back on next trips

Thank you for the warm welcome when guests arrive and at every pass. It's comfortable. However, there are some things that need to be fixed. 1. Treat foreign and local guests alike. One of them when I arrived. Don't check this first. Even though according to the info the room is ready. But when foreigners check in, they are immediately transferred to the room. 2. The bathroom door is broken, it needs to be repaired. 3. The information given about the crossing is not correct. So I ordered the crossing according to the directions. But it turned out that the schedule submitted by the hotel was at 11.30. Turns out it was actually 1. Noon. Plus the ship is late, 1 hour. And it's already late to Bali.
