We was stay for 2 nights. at the first night we stay at the 22B villa that looks like not well maintain. there are dust in furniture, and the TV doesn't work. In the morning we got electricity issue and report to the staff. they are offer us to move to 22A villa. 22A villa is more better than 22B villa. TV is working, but furniture still dusty.. then we continue the 2nd night at 22A Villa. Cons : - Staff did not Well Prepared - some of dust on the furniture - electricity issue Pros : - Staff was willingfull to help - Fast response staff - well design villa - convenient car parking inside the villa

Real private villa. For family or couples. But they should edit their location on Google map

Simple word perfect, only one information need to be updated, at app the villa area is set 160m2 in actual it less than 100m2. So when arrieved we expect something bigger, quite disappointing but since everything is marvellous it doesn't really matter.

Everything is good, just love the breakfast which is still lacking in presentation and taste.

Very disappointing at the beginning of arrival, because there was no prior confirmation of the transfer from Taman Sari Vilas to another place. And the Taman Sari Vilas party is very difficult to contact.

This hotel is perfect for family vacations and honeymoon. The place is quite affordable, the service is also very friendly.

The positives: the privacy venue really, the pool is passable, the artistic design, the rooms are spacious. the negative: the address is hard to find, the officer does not stay on the spot, the phone is very difficult to connect (I muter2 up to 1 hour, fortunately his online drivers are good to my anther to nyampe there), the stove does not flame because there is no gas, the tv is black and white broken. oh and another one. many mosquitoes so have to standby soffel or autan. already burn the mosquito repellent also tetep not work.

Upon arrival, we were offered free upgrade to D'Wina villa kuta. D'Vienna villa is very nice and cozy. The staffs are friendly. The facilities are complete and ok. thank you

Stayed 4 days 3 nights at Taman Sari Villa Kerobokan. The place is comfortable, private, clean and spacious. The swimming pool is quite large and the depth is sufficient and most importantly clean. So, I don't want to be swimming every day. Hot water, air conditioning, TV, telephone, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils cook and eat well. The staff are also friendly and the service is good. Every day you can request to be cleaned. The only drawback is the location. The location is private but going north far to south is also far and finding it is also difficult. Suggestions from us if you stay here when looking for the place just say to the Taman Sari street no 22a so it's easier to find the place. But overall very comfortable for the honeymoon. Recommended.

Pleasant, clean and spacious pool, just a bit dusty, overall good. Maybe l'll be back next time.

The place is comfortable, nice, just for pillowcases there is a bit of the stain, but it's okay, overall satisfying

Swimming pool, bedroom, dining room and bathroom are actually as shown and they're all clean. I love how private the villa feels. The only downfall is probably that the shower shoots inconsistent temperatures of water, we had both hot and cold water spraying so it was a little uncomfortable. Other than that I'm definitely recommending it to my friends and family. Note that the swimming pool could be a little dangerous if you're staying with little children.
