Ok with the facilities provided

The spring bed is not comfortable to sleep on, because the springs are loose, my whole body aches.

There are ants and small animals that make you anxious and make sleeping uncomfortable, the sheets and towels are stained, the top edge of the toilet is dirty so it gives a dirty impression, the floor of the room is dirty especially behind the chair, the staff are friendly ☺

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is delicious.

The service is less responsive, repeated calls to the receptionist got no response.

The water was really murky, the food was awful, and the room smelled awful. I'm sorry, but I have to be honest so the hotel can improve and be even better.

The hotel is not well maintained. The rooms are full of cockroaches, the floors and carpets are dusty. Ambiance/Facilities: A bit quiet... The hotel hallway is a bit scary. Staff Assistance: A bit lacking, no one helps, have to climb stairs to the elevator... Not suitable for the elderly. Highlights: Not recommended. Price: Not worth the price. Location: Not strategic and very quiet.

The service is quite good, only the room is not comfortable because it smells damp.

The facilities are very old, the mattress springs are no longer good, what's worse, when you go down the elevator you meet rats and there are lots of bed bugs in the room.

The room access card I received was problematic, it could be upgraded.
