The experience of staying here was quite satisfying to fill the holiday time. The room was quite clean and the bed was quite comfortable for resting. Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere was quite calm, the swimming pool facilities were functioning well. Food: The breakfast menu had a standard variety. Staff Assistance: The check-in process was fast and the staff responded to needs in a friendly manner. Highlights: The evening view from the window area was quite nice. Price: The cost of staying was comparable to the facilities provided. Location: The location is strategic, close to shopping and culinary centers.

The room was clean and well-maintained, the towels smelled good, the AC was cool and quiet, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the room wasn't soundproof; you could hear people talking and children crying from across the room. Especially when it rained heavily, the sound of the rain hitting the zinc roofs of nearby houses was very disturbing. Hopefully, the windows will be repaired to make them more soundproof. The hotel is far from anywhere, making it difficult to find food or convenience stores. I don't think I'll return to this hotel.

The location is close to Sri Bintan Pura Harbor. The staff is friendly. Beat motorcycle rentals are available for Rp. 80,000 and Rp. 100,000 per day. There's a free shuttle from Sri Bintan Pura Harbor to the hotel. Hopefully, there'll also be a free shuttle to RHF/TNJ Airport, considering that hotel guests also arrive and depart through this airport. Thank you.

Old hotel, bathroom needs renovation, and the air conditioning in the room we stayed in wasn't cold.

pleasant and not noisy location near sri bintan pura harbor but

the room smelled really bad when we first entered. the sheets were also dirty, like they hadn't been washed, like there were spots on them. the mattress seemed to be old so the springs were really visible. before we had a chance to stay overnight, the kids started whining and asking to move. but the location is really good, close to the city, the staff are also friendly.

The place is comfortable but there is no lift thank God the service was good so we should have been on the second floor but finally we were able to move to the first floor even though we added money but overall it was good
