The room lights were too dim, the bathroom floor was slippery, the check-out time was inflexible even though I had asked for permission to pray Dhuhr first.

This is my first time staying here, I usually stay at other 4-star hotels. This hotel is 3-star, but there are many things that need to be fixed, such as the water in the bathroom is only set to hot the next day, so we had to use a dipper to brush our teeth. Wanting to check out feels like being 'kicked out', even though I only wanted to pray for 5-10 minutes. In other hotels, extra time can be until 13:00, not having to leave at 12:00 sharp. It should be conditioned. The room is too dim... there should be a bit brighter lights. Honestly disappointed...
