It's close to Pasar 16, which is also convenient for those wanting to do CFD (Central Festival Food Festival) and a culinary center. The rooms are spacious, have bathtubs, and the breakfast is delicious. And most importantly, the service from all the staff and security guards is incredibly friendly.

I expect the hotel to have a clear, professional, and reliable lost and found procedure to ensure guest comfort and trust. What further disappoints me is the lack of certainty and empathy in handling this report. I hope management will seriously review the matter with housekeeping and the relevant parties who handled the room after I checked out.
