The best hotel rooms in Tarakan at low prices, perfect for a family vacation.

I highly recommend staying here while in Tarakan. The place is neat and clean. You can find food right outside the hotel, and the staff is friendly. It's the best in Tarakan. The price is also affordable.

The room is narrow, maybe a little wider so you can pray in the room, the soundproofing is not good.

As a college student accustomed to boarding, this was my first experience staying alone in a hotel in Tarakan, specifically at the Padmaloka Hotel. I usually stay with my family, so this was a truly memorable first experience. I stayed one night in a single business room. In my opinion, the room was similar to a boarding room, but more comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were outside the room (shared), but still quite clean and well-maintained. The hotel also provided a breakfast with a varied menu, quite good for refueling before the trip. Overall, this hotel is quite comfortable to rest, especially for those in transit or who will continue their journey, like me who had to catch an early morning flight to Balikpapan and then travel to Samarinda. You could say this was my first experience of solo traveling, and it was quite enjoyable 🤭

The room is great for a single room, but I think the bed is a little too stiff la... Maybe because it's not a spring bed.

As in the previous review, the sahur or breakfast menu needs more variety.

Clean, comfortable, cool rooms, and relatively quiet for single rooms. Food is standard. Close to Alfamidi for snacks (3-minute walk). Close to KFC for meals (8-minute walk). Close to McDonald's for meals (5-minute walk).

The hotel staff was very helpful with the check-in process.

Dust and overall room cleanliness should be paid attention to.

Strategic hotel in the city center, when I stayed I arrived at 10 am and wasn't allowed to check in yet so I just sat in the lobby until it was time, but the reception staff who saw that I was very tired and sleepy allowed me to check in earlier. Thanks, sis 👍🙏
