First time staying here. Friendly customer service, clean and comfortable atmosphere, complete room facilities, tidy and dust-free. Breakfast was delicious, all you can eat, and the taste was amazing!!! I'll be back next time 🥰

Unfortunately, when I stayed, the elevator was broken, while the rooms on the 3rd and 5th floors had quite a climb up the stairs to the 3rd and 5th floors.

It's just not soundproof enough, so it's a bit noisy.

The bed sheets had lots of stains and smelled musty.

A comfortable hotel with a very strategic location. The rooms are clean, but there are some dusty spots. The hot water is good. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The price is commensurate with the facilities. Highly recommended!

Look at the reviews and they say it's clean, but when you enter the bathroom, it's dirty, there's only a shower attached, there are lots of dead insects next to the bed, the gong has a plastic cover from a big piece of food from a previous guest, why wasn't it cleaned, my arms itch automatically when they stick to the bed. Check in was a long time ago, what time wasn't it cleaned first, it looks like the room was abandoned, please fix things like this so other guests won't regret it.

The hotel is strategically located on the main road, with easy access to tourist attractions, and Tawangmangu Market is also close by... Overall, it is highly recommended.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The fan was a bit noisy. Other than that, everything was ok.
