I've stayed here four times, and thank God, it's comfortable. The location is strategic, close to everything. It's close to Plaza Andalas, Taplau, and Pasar Raya.

I used to stay here simply because it was close to Plaza Andalas and Pasar Raya. Then it continued until now. When I return home, I always stop here for a few nights to stay and continue my journey. Plus, it's ideal for those on a budget and looking for affordable access to the city center. Since my first stay, this hotel has undergone many upgrades. It used to have a tube TV, but now it's a smart TV, and the Wi-Fi, which used to be available only in certain locations, is now available in the room (I hope this continues, because for some, Wi-Fi is a crucial part of a hotel). The room is clean and cleaned daily for long stays. Unfortunately, even though I requested a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes was still very strong upon entering. (The hotel would be better off separating smoking rooms from non-smoking rooms, as it can be very uncomfortable for those unfamiliar with cigarette smoke.) The staff and staff are friendly.

It looks like the room needs renovation, because there are a lot of termites on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. But in terms of comfort, the room is okay, and cleanliness is also still okay.

In the future, please pay attention to the suitability of the room... the bed mattress is a bit broken, the walls are eaten by termites, the towels smell a bit like they haven't been used for a long time, even though they are cheap, please improve the quality as best as possible.

If you stay at Hangtuah, always stay in superior because it's nice to have a balcony for smoking. YTKids can also make their children happy.

The location is on the edge of the highway, so if there is a noisy vehicle it will be heard (the room next to the road). The location is close to the sea, you can walk, also to the shopping center. No breakfast.

There is no elevator on the 3rd floor. The TV is very old and broken (just a display). There is no hot water. The furniture is ugly. But the hotel is quite clean and has good access.
