Comfortable, strategic, friendly, full top

Check-in was fast. The staff was friendly. But for a 4-star hotel, a hairdryer should be available in every room without having to ask. And the lighting in the rooms needs attention.

The location is close to the toll gate and the staff is friendly. For improvement, the seating for families waiting for their children to swim could be rearranged to make it more organized and more plentiful. The pool water should not be overly chlorinated.

Overall it's quite comfortable, just a bit bothered by mosquitoes in the bedroom area

The hotel turned out to have minimal lighting, there were lots of mosquitoes even though the balcony door was never opened, the security guards and staff were less friendly than other hotels, but they were nice and helpful enough, and the breakfast menu taste and variety were just so-so.

A Comfortable Stay in Serang with Friendly Service This property is a great place to stay if you're visiting the Serang area. The staff are friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests. While English communication can sometimes be a bit challenging, the team makes a sincere effort to understand and accommodate guests’ needs. The only minor downside is that the property is showing signs of age and could benefit from renovation. Nonetheless, the overall service and hospitality make for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is very nice and the view is nice, the room is nice, my family and I are happy and enjoy it.
