For friendly hotel staff and quick response when needed, staying here is recommended for the mountain views of the Ciater area, Subang Regency.

The location is close to tourist attractions and close to hot springs.

Everyone is friendly, check-in was easy, the atmosphere is very calm, this is my second experience staying here, the restaurant always makes me miss it, there are lots of delicious menus... Next time, hopefully I can come here again on holiday with my wife and children... thank you for the very pleasant service...

Overall, it's ok. Not far from Ciater, only 5 minutes away from Gracia, it's also close.... The staff is friendly and nice, but the TV is lacking, heheheheh, not many options, maybe because it's in the mountains.... The internet is fast in the room because it's installed with a rooter, there's a big mosque too, it's comfortable.

Friendly staff, delicious food, when you come here order the superior room, next time I want to try the rose room which has the best view, nice view, close to the Ciater hot springs

The room was spacious and the staff is all friendly. This is an old villa with many broken facilities. Examples are the wifi and water heater, which did not work during our entire stay despite their staff effort to fix them. The price is too expensive for what we got and then they don't have any kitchen stuff aside from 6 small glasses. When I requested for plates, they said I have to pay extra. And they don't allow guests to bring their own kitchen equipments. sad. Our 4 bedroom villa, bougenville 03, was at the very end of the property. The view was nice but their fence and the surrounding area almost ruined the view because they are not well maintained. The pool and restaurant is far away that we always have to drive to get there. The water in the pool was so cold. There barely anything to do inside the property, so I can't really recommend this place... Not now... but maybe in the future if they couldimprove their facilities or probably reduce their price.

Alhamdulillah, the air is cool, clean. The place is comfortable and clean, quite complete with the facilities available. The location of the hotel is also not far from tourist attractions and places to eat. A large mosque in front of the hotel area, a tea plantation just across the street from the hotel location. Affordable prices of course..

The environment and demographics of the area are actually good. There is just an impression of being poorly maintained, lots of grass growing wild. The placement of the water heater gas cylinders needs to be arranged to make it look aesthetic.

The swimming pool is a bit dirty, it seems like it needs to be cleaned more intensively.

I was disappointed that there was an incident where the NCB tripped and the power went out.

For the bathroom is dirty, lots of ants and dirt. The walls are leaking and not maintained and the yard is overgrown with grass. The swimming pool is not clean.

Overall good, but try to clean the room more. Nice view, far from the highway, not noisy.

The opening staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful even without AC, it's cold. There was a flood yesterday because the gallon dispenser leaked, but it was quickly replaced. There are 2 blankets too, unfortunately the swimming pool is cold. That's all, overall the best, comfortable, feel at home.
