I booked an apartment room for one day at Beverly Dago. However, when I arrived at the reception, they informed me that all Traveloka bookings were handled by a specific person. When that person arrived, I was unexpectedly moved to the next building, Dago Suites. He explained that my booking was actually for a larger room and that Beverly Dago was meant for bookings at a lower price than what I had paid. He also mentioned that the rooms there were smaller. It felt strange because my original booking was for Beverly Dago, so I didn't understand why I had to be moved. The room at Dago Suites felt old, I disliked the bathroom, as there was no light in the shower area. The bedroom light was flickering as if it was about to go out. Since my visit to Bandung was almost over and I didn't want the hassle of finding another hotel, I decided to extend my stay for an extra day. I paid directly via bank transfer to the person handling the room instead of through app. There were no major issues, but I still don't understand why I was moved to another building. The management seemed quite disorganized.
