The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with the check-in process.

It's quite pleasant to spend the night here when the activities are in progress.

I booked an apartment room for one day at Beverly Dago. However, when I arrived at the reception, they informed me that all Traveloka bookings were handled by a specific person. When that person arrived, I was unexpectedly moved to the next building, Dago Suites. He explained that my booking was actually for a larger room and that Beverly Dago was meant for bookings at a lower price than what I had paid. He also mentioned that the rooms there were smaller. It felt strange because my original booking was for Beverly Dago, so I didn't understand why I had to be moved. The room at Dago Suites felt old, I disliked the bathroom, as there was no light in the shower area. The bedroom light was flickering as if it was about to go out. Since my visit to Bandung was almost over and I didn't want the hassle of finding another hotel, I decided to extend my stay for an extra day. I paid directly via bank transfer to the person handling the room instead of through app. There were no major issues, but I still don't understand why I was moved to another building. The management seemed quite disorganized.

Title: beverly dago but what was given was dago suites not d beverly. Check in time, waiting for the key for 30 minutes. No wifi and we can't refund after knowing because wifi is a basic need that all stays today have, it's been written in the description but allow us to refund long before when we know so we don't get trapped. AC is only in the living room. Aqua gallons are just decorations, not provided. Old style interior, not enough light. Overall enough. Hard mattress and sheets are easy to remove and there are only 2 thin pillows, very uncomfortable.

Need to clean the shower area as the water a bit stuck when I showered.

Had the pleasure of staying at Beverly, the room was spacious, impeccably clean, the apart location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants, the highlight of my stay at Beverly was undoubtedly the breathtaking view it offered, perched high above the city I was treated to stunning views of the city skyline with iconic landmarks, can't wait to be back ✌🏻.

Sejak awal access card tidak bisa di pakai sama sekali, dan ketika minta penggantian, hanya disuruh minta bantuan ke security di B1 setiap kali naik ke unit. Tentu hal ini sangat merepotkan. Tidak ada tanggapan atau niat menganti dg akses baru. Malah tdk reply chat, tdk sopan. Bathroom maupun bedroom banyak serangga, tidak nyaman.

The bathroom is not clean, there is no kitchen in the room, incomplete facilities such as wifi are not available. The price is quite expensive compared to other apartments with better facilities and prices.

Worst experience ever! Kamarnya kotor banget. Pas masuk listrik belum di top-up sehingga berisik dan sangat ganggu. Cuma ada tisu toilet. Tidak ada sandal. Saya batal menginap langsung check out di hari yang sama.

Ruangannya sempit, juga tidak dikasih pengharum ruangan, kurang bersih, kurang terawat, showernya ada sedikit kebocoran, air panasnya juga kurang oke, gelas untuk minum juga tidak propresional (hanya sekali pakai), tidak ada hanger, saluran tv jelek sangat bahkan banyak channel tv yg tidak ada suaranya, view dari balkon juga kurang menarik, kloset airnya macet, pelayanan owner (pemilik apart) kurang ramah, di sekitar apartemen (sepanjang jalan) tidak ada penjual makanan di malam hari, DLL. 👎🏻 oh iya karena lagi pandemi kolam renang dan tempat gym belum bisa dipakai, untuk ini saya agak maklum sih meskipun di berbagai hotel berbintang kolam renang bisa digunakan dg menerapkan prokes (misal max 10 orang saja), dll. Makanya kok harganya murah, padahal sempat tergiur harga promo 80% wkwkw ternyata harganya memang 200rb an 🤭. saya sengaja tidak mengambil foto, karena terlanjut tidak mood dan kecewa dg dalih promo 80% ternyata ZONK besar wkwkw.
