Overall, during my three-day stay at The Sun Hotel, nothing was disappointing. Everything was comfortable and the service was friendly. Next time I'm in Solo, I'll stay at The Sun again. A suggestion would be to add a pillow to the room, if possible, for added comfort.

The hotel AC is not cold, it tends to be hot.

Room cleanliness must be maintained at all times, and customer service must be improved. The location is convenient, close to malls, restaurants, Sidoarjo Square, and the Great Mosque of Sidoarjo.

Many areas are undergoing renovations. The rooms are already in need of repair in some areas. Surprisingly, a Rp 100,000 deposit is still required.

When I stayed there, I got a room on the 3rd floor, room 315. That night, from upstairs, it sounded like someone was lifting things, which made the sound very loud.

I booked two deluxe rooms, but was given two twin beds. I had a small child with me, so it was difficult to put him to bed. Plus, there's a price difference between the deluxe and twin beds; the deluxe is more expensive. So I feel like I've lost out. Thank you.

The most comfortable hotel here because the AC is cold, the bathroom is nice and clean, and it is in the middle of the city.

I didn't expect the complimentary service to be so artistic. It's not enough, why would I need a deposit when the hotel is cheap and only has 3 stars. Other than that, everything was good 👍👍👍

The staff and the hospitality are nice. They clean up the room really well. The location is super precise next to a mall, so it's really convenient if we need anything.
