I was a little disappointed when the receptionist informed me there were no towels when I checked in. I complained, but they finally gave me one towel, which belonged to a hotel employee. I found the room to be poorly cleaned. The bathroom was dirty, and the table, cupboard, and other items were full of dust.

There were no towels, no soap, the AC wasn't cold when I got the first room, oh my gosh, there were so many dead cockroaches. And after getting the second room, there were no towels, etc.

The sheets and pillows smell like they haven't been washed, so it's uncomfortable to rest on.

Dirty blanket. Please wash it before providing it to guests. There are traces of dried sperm on the blanket.

For the cleanliness and facilities available, it is not comparable to the price when I stayed. Hmm, expensive but zero quality.

It was a nightmare, the worst experience I've ever had. The shower wasn't working, and neither was the air conditioner. Unsatisfactory service. 👎🏻 I rarely give bad reviews, but this is the worst in my life. Thanks for a night stay. I will never come here again.

The room is not clean and it's horror

The place is ok, just a bit in the alley.

Dirty and poorly maintained room, dull floor and walls. The bathroom is also not very clean. Hot water is quite good although slow. I got a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken so I had to lift my suitcase to the room. The room smelled of cigarettes even though I asked for non-smoking. Linen, blankets and pillow cases looked unclean, the blanket had holes. The AC was not cold.

Don't be fooled by the facility advertisements and photos. Pay for a hotel with an elevator but it's been broken for a long time and hasn't been updated to Traveloka. The condition of the bathroom is very dirty, all yellowish and the sink glass is dirty and never wiped. The AC is like a fan and water leaks onto the floor. Why is Traveloka still cooperating? Makes people regret it. Check the reviews on Google Maps, it's also bad.. 😌

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately the bathroom is full of limescale and smelly hikkss. Luckily it's only for transit.

Booked the most expensive room but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking, asked to move and was given a room on the 3rd floor, the room was quite big but the AC wasn't cold at all, the bathtub was dirty and full of sand, the floor and mirrors were all dirty, there were no toiletries, asked to move rooms again because I couldn't stand the heat and was given a twin room and it turned out that the AC wasn't cold at all, I went back and forth asking the receptionist and finally decided to check out at 9pm even though check in was at 5 😭 very very bad experience, at least clean the room if someone wants to check in.
