The staff was friendly and informative. The room was spacious. However, the AC leaked and wasn't cold enough.

When I entered, there were a lot of mosquitoes, the stuffy room smelled a bit, the AC wasn't cold, the hot water worked but the water was small, so I used cold water.

I chose to stay at this hotel because it's very close to the Bogor Botanical Gardens and Sempur Field, plus it's the most affordable. I booked an Economy Room, but upon check-in, it turned out to be in a different building from the main hotel, about two buildings away. From the outside, it's not obvious that it's a hotel building because it's an old house, without a sign, poorly maintained, and gives a gloomy and somewhat spooky feel. The room is also quite far from the parking lot, through a hallway that looks more like a hospital hallway. Fortunately, the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough, but the lighting was a bit dim. The tap water was sufficient, although not very strong. If you're just looking for a break, the very affordable room is fine, but it's better to choose a Standard or Superior Room in the main hotel building, which is more crowded and bright.

The staff is friendly, and the location is quite strategic. Unfortunately, the hotel's cleanliness is very poor; yesterday the sheets smelled absolutely disgusting. The room lighting is also very poor, dim.

I was a bit disappointed because we were given a room in the old building, and the old building was very uncomfortable, especially for me with a small child. Eventually, we asked to move, and thankfully, we were able to. Honestly, I didn't know there were two buildings because I thought there was only one.

Not as expected. The hotel wasn't the one pictured, but rather a hotel under renovation. It was a bit scary if you continued into the night.
