Complaints are responded quickly, clean rooms, cold air conditioners, provided blankets, towels, liquid shampoo, liquid soap, breakfast, cash snacks provided in the room are quite affordable and the driver's room while waiting for guests. besides that the strategic location in the city center, close to nasi jamblang Ibu Nur, close to the station, close to the Great mosque of cirebon, close to my event venue at the Luxton Hotel, close to the main road. what needs to be improved is the service when guests arrive early morning, guests are not delivered to the destination room, only shown the room number, then delivered after coming down again to ask to be shown his room, initially the receptionist was not friendly enough, but the next day was served well and at 3rd day bathing water discharge was initially small but can still be tolerated because after 10 minutes the water discharge for bathing enlarges.
