1. Fast response. Picked up from the airport, taken to the hotel, and then dropped off back at the airport. 2. Friendly, informative, and solution-oriented staff. 3. The restaurant's food is quite authentic. I love the soto banjar and haruan masak habang. 4. Unfortunately, there's no elevator to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Wi-Fi is not working, so I ended up using my own cellphone internet. Don't stay on the 3rd floor, the AC is broken. Moving rooms still have the AC broken and not cold. The receptionist staff are not friendly. Especially the security there is very kind and friendly.

So I regularly stay here when taking morning flights, because it is close to the airport and there is a free airport shuttle service.

Overall ok, just a shame the receptionist was not as friendly as the security guard, not smiling enough & the smell of armpits was smelled when I was in the check-in process. There was a part of the blanket that smelled of drool & some of the small pillows also smelled of armpits, the electric thermos was not working. When I called the receptionist in the morning to ask when breakfast would be ready, the answer was rude and the phone was turned off first even though as far as I know, hotel etiquette is usually for hotel guests to turn off the phone first.
