I arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and the hotel staff didn't charge me for early check-in (as long as the unit I booked was still available). Unfortunately, it wasn't available at that time, so I was eventually advised to upgrade. I just went along with it as long as I could rest as soon as possible (because honestly, I was really tired). The point is, the hotel staff provided solutions to my problems, tried to accommodate my needs and were also quick to serve them. The housekeeping was also very friendly. The downside of this hotel from my experience is that the room is provided with a water boiler, cups, and teaspoons but funny enough there are no tea/coffee sachets. The telephone in the room didn't work or the cable was broken, when I tried to call the receptionist, I still couldn't use it. Some of the food was too salty (for example, the yellow lodeh vegetable served on March 21st), but overall, the service was good. Only parts related to the facilities, amenities, and food seem to need to be checked more carefully.
