Overall, it was okay. The staff was friendly. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, the hall in front of the room smelled really bad. So, when I came in from outside, the smell of cigarettes wafted into the room. :) Very annoying.

Stayed here for another day, on the first day we booked a Deluxe double bed, then during checkout the receptionist found out we were staying again (we booked a twin bed) but kindly offered to continue to a double bed room, we agreed, Love It! Parking is quite spacious, check in & out process is fast, there is no elevator only 2 floors. The room is very spacious, although it looks old but it is clean and fragrant. Toiletries are complete, the shower is okay, the TV and AC work well, the bed is comfortable and wide. Breakfast is varied, there are soup menus, cereals, etc. There is a spacious and beautiful backyard. Many foreigners stay here. Overall satisfied, highly recommended! Thank you.

Ample parking, fast check-in & out process, no elevator, only 2 floors, wide hallways as usual in hotels. My room was a Deluxe King Room, very spacious, although it looks old-fashioned but clean and fragrant. Toiletries are complete, the shower is okay, the TV and AC work well, the bed is comfortable and wide. Breakfast is varied, there are soup menus, cereals, etc. There is a spacious and beautiful backyard. Many foreigners stay here. Overall satisfied, highly recommended! Thank you.

Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful surroundings, a garden and cafe, and a fish pond, perfect for bringing toddlers. Parents can enjoy breakfast while children can play in the garden.

I stayed at Arsela for 4 days, trying both the superior and deluxe rooms. It's truly an amazing hotel, very comfortable, with friendly service and a pool. The rooms are cleaned daily, and everything you need is prepared promptly. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes with delicious flavors. I'll definitely stay at Arsela again if I return to Pangkalan Bun. Love Arsela, the best🥰
