Overall good, the breakfast menu is varied and delicious, the room is clean.

I love this hotel—the location, the facilities, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere. Thank God, everything hasn't changed since my first stay in 2017, and this is my second stay. The food is plentiful, and the children's play area is even more extensive. Hopefully, everything can be maintained. Thank you.

My first time staying at Pesona Alam, the atmosphere is very cool and beautiful. I arrived early at 11:15 and checked in, and was told I would contact you via WhatsApp as soon as the room was available. I waited for 1.5 hours without WhatsApp, but other people were already able to enter the room. When I asked, they said the room was already available. If it wasn't WhatsApped, why did they offer to contact you via WhatsApp? When I booked, I chose 2 adults and 1 baby, and was given a room on the L floor, L17. The room was comfortable and had an additional mirror on the side wall. Another plus point was the pillows and bolsters, which were heavy but soft. My husband said the wifi wasn't very strong. The room and toilet were very clean. While my child was napping, I heard scraping and tapping sounds in room L19. I called the service desk and complained about the noisy room next door. It turned out there were renovations underway, and the staff came to say the renovations would last until 5 PM. The staff should have been more considerate and not given us a room next to the renovated room, as we, as a baby, couldn't take a nap. The lobby staff was very friendly and offered us a car to take us to the lake house. It's also close to the safari park. The children's playground is also spacious. The first day's breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The second day's food was varied, but there were some hard foods, like sushi and pempek, even though the sushi was delicious on the first day. Soto Betawi and other dishes were delicious. The staff were friendly. Thank you Pesona Alam. Maybe next time I'll try Botanica.

Comfortable.. lots of play facilities..

Variasi menu breakfast cukup banyak termasuk menu Masakan Arab. Ada playground dan mini zoo untuk anak-anak. Fasilitas hotel lumayan banyak. Hanya saja ukuran kamar mandinya agak kecil. Tapi selebihnya cukup bagus.

Mountain view room, there is a balcony but it is covered by trees, the air is cool and foggy.

So amazing experience to stay in this hotel. Fully recommended

great location and good hotel. the main road to puncak as usual not so good (need to prepare time manegement to come in and come out from hotel to avoid traffic jam).

Even though the check in time was at 3 pm, since we arrived early around 1.30 pm..they gave us the room right away. The surroundings of the hotel is so serene and clean. The facilities for kids such as playgrounds and kids club were amazing. Unfortunately, the warm pool was not available due to renovation. The staffs were very professional and polite. We definitely will come back! Thank you Pesona Alam for your kind hospitality!
