Please maintain cleanliness, there are a lot of cockroaches. I often stay here, but I always find cockroaches in my bed every time the AC is turned off. Other than the cockroaches, everything is fine.

Strategic location, clean hotel, good facilities. The receptionist was friendly, but overall, the female housekeeper still lacks training. When I asked to clean the room, HK immediately opened the door without knocking or asking permission. Otherwise, everything was fine 👍

A hotel in the Mitra Raya shopping complex in Batam. A deposit is required upon check-in. There's an Indomaret store nearby. At night, there are plenty of food vendors around the hotel.

Cleanliness is not well maintained, many cockroaches come from the holes, even getting into my food while I sleep, and even onto my pillow. There is too much perfume under the bedside table, making it difficult for me to breathe.

Okay for the cheap price.. but please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room.. Lots of small cockroaches and they bite.. We couldn't sleep last night. We intended to stay longer, but after just one night, we checked out and couldn't stand it.
