First time here, the hotel area is clean, but the room has cobwebs, please pay more attention. Water is flowing, TV is on. Staff, please don't be grumpy 😁

The Palace Inn is strategically located, within walking distance of several shopping and culinary destinations. However, keep food tightly covered, as ants will invade, and those with a phobia of cockroaches should be cautious when using the bathroom. The staff is diverse, some friendly, while others are more inclined to speak in a street-savory manner.

After staying for the umpteenth time at Palace Inn, I want to give another review, that all services are very good, cleanliness is also very good, every time I go to Medan I always stay here... it's just that the TV service is still lacking...

Budget stay - Affordable basic room but clean enough ( some ants though). Location is central within 20min walking radius of major malls ( Plaza Medan Fair/Sun/Cambridge), Damri airport bus ( in front of Plaza Medan Fair), family massage/reflexology outlets (Jl.Orion), and the popular medan cakes eg "bika ambon" (Zulaikha)/"bolu" (Meranti). Car park is available with security. However, the complimentary breakfast is only set without selection option.

Great, clean, close to the city, crowded environment, the staff is quite satisfied. Many choices of food and many places to hang out, the place is clean and spacious, also friendly environment, basically it's really fun.

The staff is very friendly, privacy is very well maintained because to enter the elevator you have to go through a security door that can only be opened if you have a card, and there is a vegetarian restaurant that is very delicious, even my 4 year old child likes the cap cai.

In terms of the price, it's really ok, but it's a pity that the AC in the room is not cold, and the bathroom smells bad.
