The hotel is old, the rooms are damp, and the breakfast menu is standard.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The rooms are really spacious but some rooms lack socket. One of the room have a pretty poor water drainage system so the water got clogged up in the bathroom.

take a room in the bungalow, the space is very good. the room maintenance is a bit lacking because there is a moldy bathroom ceiling, the AC duct passes through the bathroom ceiling so it is not neat. The spring bed mattress is a bit concave. The staff is very friendly, cleanliness is ok, breakfast is quite ok.

Close to everywhere and in front of the hotel there are lots of vendors and laundry.

WiFi doesn't work sometimes, and room was dirty.

Comfortable spacious, close to tours too. It's suitable for those of you who are looking for lodging near the beach.

JM hotel has good location, surrounding by cafe, bar & restaurant, 200 m from kuta mandalika beach, friendly & helpful staff. Well maintain hotel, especially for our bungalow. 👌

The location is so convenience, facilities are enough and all staff are so friendly and help me to have a relax time during mu holidays. Ms. Yusica, one of hotel staff was so kind to me when I had some requests. I will come and stay again!

It did not meet my expectations at all. The writings about it was misleading. They give me a room upgrade but the room was just finished from major maintenance and was not checked properly yet.

The location is quite far and there are minimal signs, unless you are aiming for the Mandalika circuit or Kuta beach, Lombok. But if I had to give a rating, I'd give it 9/10 for the service, cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics. Highly recommended hotel!

Strategic location, very friendly and fast service. Given a spacious and comfortable Bungalow room.

Cheap prices, spacious parking, okay swimming pool, I want to swim to my heart's content, please ~ I got room 104A, the main problem is that the wifi is disconnected if it's above . Breakfast is good, I stayed 4 nights overall very good 👍🏼. The crew is also friendly. The Kuta Mandalika area will indeed be strategic if you want to explore Lombok.

Book superior pool view, until the hotel is said to be full and upgraded to deluxe, tara and it turns out that the deluxe room is really scary, not maintained and dirty. There are no bathroom lights. Not really recommended for staycations with children. Sorry, this is an honest comment for me and my family.

Big room, nice & quite, good location, stay there again.
