It's a good hotel. If it can accept pets, it would be even better.

I really like the atmosphere here, the hotel is very comfortable, maybe the bathroom near the pool could be cleaned more 😁, the staff are friendly, I will come back again 🤩 even though the hotel is very close, it is still safe if you want to gofood at night xixi

I stayed at Lotus Art Garden Hotel for 2 nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. Upon check-in, we were asked to choose between a ground floor room or a room on the third floor — we chose the ground floor. Unfortunately, we found many large cockroaches in the room and bathroom. There was even a lizard in the bathroom. One of the worst moments was when a large cockroach crawled onto my friend while she was lying on the bed. The bed sheets were also stained and had mold spots. It’s such a shame because the hotel actually has great potential and a beautiful atmosphere. I truly hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness. Please take better care of this beautiful hotel. Thank you.

cool atmosphere, location in an elite housing complex, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. safe road and easy access. if you want to come here, bring food because it is far from the highway when we came here the restaurant was closed so we couldn't order food.

The area around the hotel such as the garden, swimming pool was good. But the bedroom area such as the sheets need to be cleaner. But if you want to find peace and cool air I recommend this hotel. It was good but could've been better.

Strategic location, aesthetic, very cold air and air conditioning, wifi reaches the room, clean swimming pool, quiet and calm, far from noise.

This place is suitable for a hideout , a getaway from a hectic city life , or for someone who needed a time and place to be alone . So far away from anything even a convenience store . But the place is well maintained and clean , that's a plus value .

The receptionist is very friendly, all the staff are very friendly. The room condition is quite good, only got a very damp one, looks a bit old, lots of ants. The mattress is quite good, clean, but the edges are a bit sagging maybe because visitors sit on the edge of the mattress too often. The AC works well, the lights are a bit dim.

The hinges of the room door are a bit down so the door rubs the floor so when you open and close the door, the sound is not good.

The location is located inside Dago Pakar Resort. - The rooms are more spacious than most budget hotels. - When you enter the hotel, it immediately feels comfortable, it doesn't feel like a budget hotel. - Minuses: a. Far from snacks or similar stalls (suitable for those who want to be quiet because their needs can be reached by the gojek/gofood/gomart application) b. Be careful, there is a wrong url on Google Maps, the correct location is at Dago Permai 1, Cimenyan. All rooms are very adequate: - hot water is available. - A kind of indiehome for TV. - drinking water heater for coffee. - mineral water is available 2. - Panasonic brand AC: cold. - plugs on the bedside table. - Soothing paintings. - small wardrobe. - clothes hangers. - soap and shampoo. Hotel: - There is a small swimming pool. - there is a garden to relax and sit around. - the atmosphere of Dago feels quite cool and calm. Very comfortable and for a budget hotel, of course, I will come back here again.

Friendly staff! Car parking is available for 6 cars. The swimming pool is clean. There is a garden at the back. The family type rooms are large and comfortable. Cleanliness is also okay

The entry location is in a residential area, it takes effort to get to the location, the location is cool and cool, the service is good, but breakfast is not included, the situation is far from the crowds, suitable for those who need a refreshing atmosphere like a home with artistic decoration. When we check in at 8 PM front desk was empty, we're waiting for 5 min. Only 1 staff on duty, the room cleanliness need to be improve, there 's insect at the downlight fall into the bed.
