The service was good and comfortable. The front desk was responsive and quick to provide solutions. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough and the room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke.

Ample parking close to the market. The staff are young and friendly. The breakfast menu is also good.

Comfort room, strategic room staff humble

The Rombeng blanket had yellow spots and holes from burns. At first it wasn't a problem because it was a hassle, but when I got home I had to pay compensation because the sheets had holes even though I didn't think it was damaged, which made me mad!

Booking disini karena dekat destinasi dan niatnya hanya untuk tidur aja, tp ternyata sangat tidak family friendly. Pindah kamar 2 kali dan 2-2nya sangat bau rokok. Kecewa bgt akhirnya ngga nyaman utk stay dan mutusin cari hotel lain. Tolong dibenahi karena tidak semua orang bisa toleran bau rokok. Very bad impression
