Booked two rooms, both were as hot as an oven. I called reception and tried to fix it, but instead of fixing it, it got even hotter, even requiring a personal fan. It was cooler in the hotel hallway than in the room. We ended up being moved to the older building (according to the manager), where the room was more dated and smelled of cigarette smoke, even though we had a baby with us. The previous room was cleaner and had a non-smoking option, but the downside was that it was cooked in the room because it was so hot.
The breakfast menu lacked variety and was often bland.
Teach the staff to smile, especially the unfriendly female staff.
