The location is very strategic, the hotel room and bathroom are nice and clean, only one pillow is musty. The lights in front of the room and the stairs are not bright enough, so it feels spooky.

The TV was off, the door couldn't be locked, there was only a safety chain, the condition of the room & bed sheets were dirty with lots of stains, the ceiling of the room used to leak.

Well, it is cheap so you get what you pay. Elevator was down. TV doesnt work. Shower stream was weak. Im not sure whether the bed sheet was washed. Ants on the bed. Good location.

Ok, it's worth it, it's close to the city center for hanging out, cheap and cheerful.

1 word: MESS!!! MOLDY PILLOWS, MOLDY ROOM, STUFFY, SMELL OF CIGARETTES, COB WEBS ON THE CEILING. I literally just entered the room 2 minutes later and then decided to check out immediately! THE PRICE AND QUALITY ARE VERY VERY DIFFERENT.

dirty, uncomfortable, smelly pillow

I did not even spend one hour in the hotel from the moment I arrived to the moment I left the hotel. I lost my money, but I am glad I did not lose over such a dirty and filthy place. It was a total mess and disappointment.

The receptionist was nice and I had no problem with the receptionist, but the hotel was super disappointing. Dirty, old, filthy, the bed, mattress, and pillows all had unclear marks, the old walls were not maintained with unclear marks too. The room smelled, the AC was not cold, the plugs were all crooked, the table was dirty and also defective..

Comfortable, spacious room with friendly service, just a suggestion for parking is that it is still a bit less private, hopefully there will be a separate parking area tomorrow.

the water isnt working so i cannot shower

There was black mold in room 301, the end of the mattress had a leaking roof and there was a lot of mold, under the mattress was really dirty, the tissue on the table was moldy and the TV couldn't be turned on.

Entering the room just to look for another lodging because I couldn't afford to spend the night there. The room smells musty, the sheets are dirty, the shower water is small. Hopefully, you can improve better reddorz

Gloomy, everything is dirty. For this price, you should find a better hotel, really regret having tried here.

The room only has a TV but it doesn't work. It's useless to have a TV but it doesn't work at all, I booked 2 rooms and was very disappointed. Please improve the quality, Tirta Mansion.
