I stayed in an Executive Room. Check-in was on February 18th, coinciding with the start of Ramadan 1447 H. Upon check-in, the receptionist offered breakfast and sahur, so I chose sahur. I requested that it be packed and taken away the night before, and the hotel said it was available. The information was that sahur would be delivered starting at 3 a.m. However, it was unfortunate that by 4 a.m., the sahur had not arrived, despite having visited the receptionist twice and requested it be delivered immediately, as I don't like rushing to eat sahur before Imsak. In other hotels, sahur can be served as early as 3 a.m. or at the latest at 4 a.m. This hotel's service is truly unfortunate. I consider it unprepared to welcome the fasting month and serve guests.
