Strategic location but not managed and maintained well and properly.

The cleanliness is excellent, and it's maintained. I like clean places. The food is decent for the price. The service is excellent, friendly, helpful, and full of smiles. I love it. A budget-friendly hotel, but no frills, it's great.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. The room was comfortable. Accessible to many restaurants and bars nearby. The first floor had fast Wi-Fi, the bathroom had hot water, and there was a water heater for tea and coffee. You could also borrow an iron. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

No window in my room, perhaps because I picked a non-smoking room. So unfortunate, it felt like there was no fresh air in the room. When we go upstairs for the rooftop restaurant, there is no specific room for non-smokers, it is completely for smokers with many ashtrays there. Not good for families at all. One more thing, we saw a rat in the restaurant, big question marks for the food hygiene!

The AC wasn't cold, I got a room on the 3rd floor and the wifi didn't reach the room, there were baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

The staffs were friendly, the room was nice but the water in the bathroom was very little and you have to wait some time to turn it into hot water. The availability of the food for the breakfast also not much. We went for breakfast around 9 but there was nothing left.

weak wifi network, no refrigerator in the room, broken bathroom door handle, broken shower can't be used, so have to squat shower because the water tap is short, breakfast menu is limited, there is only white rice and fried rice, chicken curry, white bread with broken toaster, fruit only 1 papaya, drinking water only water and orange juice, access to the restaurant can only be done using stairs, there is no elevator

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and for access to travel and other transportation is also very close. So it is recommended, for friends who stop by Buah Batu and around to stay at this hotel
