The room was quite spacious, with two king beds and a sofa bed, and a forest view. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was dirty with lots of soap.

The only downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes, please equip each room, especially the suites, with electronic mosquito repellent.

From the parking lot, receptionist, and room attendant, everyone was friendly and helpful. It's just a shame that when I wanted to go to the pool in the morning, the staff was so rude. The pool wasn't available for use because it was just undergoing treatment. So, I wandered around. When I got back to my room (passing the pool area), I saw kids starting to swim, and the staff was there, sweeping the stairs near the pool area (it's impossible not to see someone swimming).

Well, the room was dirty and unclean. The sheets had blood stains on them, and even though they had been washed, they shouldn't have been used again. The TV's volume was broken, and the water provided was low.

I got a room in a wooden house, but the mattress was wet due to a leaking roof, and the blanket was stained. I complained afterward, but fortunately, we were able to change rooms. Please ask hotel management to double-check the hotel facilities or the room, and if anything is damaged, repair it.

The staff is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. However, the wooden house rooms aren't suitable for seniors because they require a long climb up the stairs.

A very comfortable hotel in the Lembang area. The location is beautiful, cool, and there are many room options. The facilities are complete. I wish there was a drinking water dispenser outside the room, as two bottles of water won't be enough. The lobby is quite far away, requiring climbing and descending stairs.

Very friendly service from the moment we arrived. The view is beautiful. However, if you choose a wooden room, it's located at the bottom, so it's quite tiring climbing up and down the stairs. The breakfast was delicious. The room was quite clean. The service was friendly and honest. If I forgot something, they immediately contacted me.
