Well, the room was dirty and unclean. The sheets had blood stains on them, and even though they had been washed, they shouldn't have been used again. The TV's volume was broken, and the water provided was low.

I got a room in a wooden house, but the mattress was wet due to a leaking roof, and the blanket was stained. I complained afterward, but fortunately, we were able to change rooms. Please ask hotel management to double-check the hotel facilities or the room, and if anything is damaged, repair it.

The staff is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. However, the wooden house rooms aren't suitable for seniors because they require a long climb up the stairs.

A very comfortable hotel in the Lembang area. The location is beautiful, cool, and there are many room options. The facilities are complete. I wish there was a drinking water dispenser outside the room, as two bottles of water won't be enough. The lobby is quite far away, requiring climbing and descending stairs.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was quite clean. The service was friendly and honest. If I forgot something, they immediately contacted me.

Rooms 20 and the adjacent rooms should not be offered to guests. Those who intended to get a view instead got a view of bamboo trees, which was actually scary because they were at the end. Early arrivals don't necessarily guarantee a good room; they're often given a room at the end, and late arrivals get a good view.

I have stayed in Lemon Hotel twice in Rumah Kayu. I love the ambiance, I can see the forest down the hill, fresh air, and quiet. But I don't like the bathroom, it's not clean, and the hot water is not working properly. The room is not soundproof. What I love about Lemon Hotel is the location, lots of restaurants.

The curtains didn't cover the entire window, leaving large gaps in all of them. My wife had no privacy, worried someone might walk by and peek. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. It was clean, but it smelled bad.

All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.
