This is my go-to retreat when I need to unwind. Whenever I visit Bali, this hotel is a must stay even for a night! Staffs are friendly and helpful. They served refreshing welcome drinks after you checked in. Check-in and check-out process is simple. Nice colonial decor, if you have a romantic soul, you will appreciate the colonial decor and overall peaceful ambience. Go take a walk around their garden, pool, and beach. Stunning view. Room is old and needs refurbishment but it is clean. Warm water works perfectly any time. The in room dining experience is superb. This time I tried the Arabiatta and it's delicious. I deeply appreciate the breakfast box the kitchen staff prepared me as I needed to check out early. The serving is generous, the taste is good. Love the hash browns. Thanks kitchen staff :) I love it. Overall, always a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a quiet and pleasant place to unwind, this is it. If you look for popular tourist spots, I suggest you look for other places as they are far from any city center or tourist attractions.

Hotelnya sepi. Bergaya Belanda, pilar tinggi-tinggi dan aksen-aksen VOC. Karena aku dari jakarta dan kebiasaan keinget noni-noni belanda, jadi agak spooky. Jalan kaki ke pantai lebih, black sand, memakan 10 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Kemarin sedikit yang inap, jadi breakfast ala carte. Kebetulan gak ambil sama breakfast. Inap di sini karena dekat dengan Bali Safari. Suasana dalam hotel dingin banget (tanpa karpet juga di lantainya) serta lampu kurang banget penerangannya (baik dalam ruangan maupun luar ruangan).

Super love it! The view is amazing & the interior is pretty! Love every detail of the interior. They have complete amenities, include iron & iron table. The staffs are so kind and helpful. Thanks to all of the staffs, we truly had a blast staying here 🫶🏻

Pleasant, hotels with white tones make a clean impression. With a more beach view, garden and wide yard. The pool is good. The breakfast is delicious, suggestions for the breakfast menu to be added. In the morning you can explore the beach while waiting for the sunrise. Overall, our family is satisfied with Rumah Luwih's services

I love the room so much! Clean, neat, colonial style also smells good! My bed was super comfy! The staff set up my room according to my birthday! So, it's perfect!

Everything is very good: building design, cleanliness, view and others. There are 2 inputs to make it perfect: Ocean View in the room, covered by trees. Hopefully the tree can be cut down/trimmed, so as not to block the ocean view which is one of the advantages of Rumah Luwih. Breakfast: The menu is very minimal & the taste tends to be bland. Hopefully it can be improved. Thank you

10 out of 10 stars from us (coming from an Indonesian and a Dane)! This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in so far in Indonesia. The style, interior, and design of the hotel are marvelous-from the lobby, hallway, restaurant, and the room too. It definitely has a colonial vibe, with elegant touches. The pool was so spectacular, overlooking the sea. There were not many guests during our stay, which I think was to our advantage, but this resort deserves a shout-out and better publicity! Breakfast was served ala carte and the taste and presentation were great. I mean, in our experience, not many hotels in Indonesia can do a great job in providing both tasty Indonesian and Western dishes. But Rumah Luwih proved that they can! This hotel also provides afternoon tea and you can just pay to swim there without staying, should these can be of any interest to you. We would definitely consider returning to this hotel next time we travel to Bali. Keep up the good work and maybe this resort can attract more guests if they have some live music or entertainment by the restaurant or lobby area.

Hotel with friendly staff and good service, cleanliness 10, hotel facilities 10, the view around the hotel is also perfect for those who like the ocean and the waves. Feels like home sweet home. The taste of the food is also good, although the variety is less, it doesn't matter. For us, because this hotel is genuine comfortable. Hope to come back here again. Satisfied and not sorry.

I ton / tenow wah hotel for class and as neat as this hotel I feel a lot lacking. As the food is too bad and overprice, the air conditioner does not cool down at night until I sweat a lot while sleeping. And I feel the staff is inexperienced and deft in providing services.

Best from A to Z. room cleanliness, ambience, facility and all staff are perfect. but there is only two thing left the variety of food not meet the expectation but still they are delicious and they forgot Balinese traditional music to complete all the perfection. Family friendly hotel indeed. Nearest hotel to Safari Marine Park, great sunrise and above all of them is far from crowd. we surely gonna stay here again for our next vacation. Thanks Rumah Luwih.

A nice view , a good taste of all foods

The hotel located quite far from the city, it took 1 hour plus from Kuta. But if you are looking for the quiet place for relaxation then this is the right place to stay. The room look exactly like the picture, very spacious room with high ceiling, super clean, friendly staffs and delicious breakfast. The only challenge when staying in this hotel is finding the place to eat. However there is Warung Legong (7 min drive from hotel) where serve very nice foods and they also provide delivery service to the hotel.
