The view is top-notch, with a great view of Bandung's city lights. The rooms are clean. The food menu is small but decent. Overall, it's worth staying here.

View and location are very nice, but the inside room condition is not too good. They could get 5 stars; however, I like that their staff is so active and friendly.

Good service, friendly staff, affordable prices, delicious food, really nice views, a nice swimming pool, and challenging access, but it didn't put me off. The downside is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work, even though the network is slow, the signal often drops, and communication is hampered. Another downside is the lack of cleanliness. I happened to get a corner room. The outside of the room was dirty, the floor hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom was crawling with ants. The resort is actually nice with impressive views. It should be kept clean. Even though no one is staying there, the rooms and area are cleaned. This one wasn't, so it looked abandoned, dirty, and scary. Next time, please improve the cleanliness. If the facilities are no longer suitable, replace them immediately. Yesterday, I received a towel with a stain on it. The white towel had a very visible stain. The toilet was a bit difficult to open, and the flushing lever couldn't be pressed. The bathroom mirror had black stains. There were also lots of ants on the bathroom door, floor, and bathtub. Yesterday, I had a negative opinion about the bathroom, the bathroom facilities, and the cleanliness of the bathroom, which was outside the room. Plus, the Wi-Fi couldn't be used. Other than that, it was okay. Thank you.

The room looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned for a long time. There were cobwebs in several spots, it smelled bad, the table was dusty, the sheets, pillowcases, and towels smelled bad, and the color was brownish, making my body itchy, so sleeping there last night was very uncomfortable. The view from the room was also just right, just like the wall of the next room. The breakfast menu wasn't extensive, which was okay, but the taste was also bland.

The hotel staff is very friendly and kind, the hotel atmosphere is very pleasant, the surrounding views are very aesthetic and the natural expanse is very beautiful, cool and natural.

The bathtub was clogged. The bathroom lock handle was broken. There were no tissues. There was no trash can in front of the room. There were no trash cans around the hotel.

I had a room facing the village residents which was quite annoying, but finally I was able to move to a room facing the hill, the room was big, clean, comfortable, the food was delicious.

The hotel's location is strategic, although the road is quite steep uphill and downhill. The rooms seem to need a major renovation and replacement of the furniture. Overall, it's still okay and comfortable.
