Great Service and Food

The room is very clean, well maintained, the service is very satisfying, staying at Tanjung Pesona is very impressive.

The hotel room is old but the condition of the room is clean. The room is not soundproof because the sound from the next room can still be heard. The hot water and air conditioning in the room work well. Access to the beach is quite close and the beach is clean.

For the best view, it's just that the balcony of the room is not very clean, and there was a flood in the bougainvillea room 07. Fortunately, the staff was very quick to handle it. Some of the gazebos are rotten and the path to the beach is not very clean. If all of that has been repaired, this is a good choice for a staycation in Sungailiat Bangka.

I like staying at Tanjung Pesona Hotel because of the staff's responsiveness. When the air conditioning in the room we booked was broken, they immediately replaced it with a larger room.

Even though it is an old hotel, it is still in good condition and clean, very suitable for families, if I go to Bangka I will definitely stay here again

The toilet, sink was clogged, the balcony lights were off, the pillows were dusty, it looks like they weren't vacuumed, the floor was crusty in between. The rest was really great, worth it. Please fix the shortcomings

superior room type on the lower floor is clean, quite spacious, only every time I take a shower it's cold because there is no hot water, either it's broken or there really isn't any (didn't ask the staff), the right room is next to the sea, the left room is next to the swimming pool, the sea is beautiful greenish, just go down to the sea, you can play and it's good for taking pictures. It is advisable not to put sweet/open food on the table, yesterday I put lapis legit on the table and suddenly when I opened it, there were lots of ants and geckos in the mica box. For breakfast, the fried vermicelli was salty, the chayote soup was delicious + the taste was just right, the others were just okay.

Please fix the hot and cold water and pay attention to the sink. The hotel is good, I hope the facilities are also paid attention to.
