The place is good clean. looks narrow but very quite. The facilities are okay, there is warm water and AC. But the TV didn't work because it was blurry like it wasn't in contact. Maybe the advice can be improved so that the guest can enjoy it. There is no water heater available but you can ask to the kitchen. There is no elevator but the receptionist is kind to take the luggage to the floor. 1. no need to be afraid of starvation because Sura Inn attaches to minimart. In the morning, I can buy Jinggo rice because it is close to the seller. Then it is also close to gas stations and ATMs. Recommended!

The rooms are clean and fragrant, cleaned every day. Strategic location, friendly service.

Strategic location, in the middle of the bustle of the Ubud area, only 2 car parks available, the staff are friendly. Breakfast standard is processed egg and toast bread, the TV can't watch all the ugly pictures.

The location is pretty strategic, staffs are friendly, and all the service and facilities are worth the price. But just one thing, there was this poor smell around the room, especially in the bathroom. The room is also too humid and damp.

The rooms are okay, there is a balcony, the bed is okay, the bathroom has hot water, too, just a narrow parking lot, but we can easily park the car in the hostel next to it which is quite wide. Overall okay for a short stay in Ubud.

The location is very strategic, on the street pengosekan near the monkey forest area, many places to eat, minimarkets, and others. View rooms are nice, there are small friends. The people are friendly, helping to lift the suitcase upstairs which has no elevator. Seeing my exhausted wife was allowed early check-in. What was lacking in the morning I bought very expensive fried rice 65 thousand, the taste was so-so, the meat didn't taste good. Tea and coffee are runny and bitter. The bathroom wall is glass bo, even though there is a sticker in the middle but it still makes it uncomfortable. I stayed for one night. My room was in the corner of first floor. The toilet was not in the good condition, the hexos fan was extremely loud like a helicopter, I was even shower in the dark because I could not stand of the hexos noise. The wall is moldy here and there. While I could see other rooms were unoccupied, I wonder why they put me in that room.

This hotel always makes me satisfied during work assignments in Ubud. I highly recommend for those who have a business journey in the Central Ubud area, just a few meters from Ubud.

We stayed 4 nights at Sura Inn, May 27-31 2017. The strategic location in the hustle of Ubud, the rooms are spacious and clean, unfortunately there was one day the hotel staff forgot to put down mineral water and forgot to love doormats. For the right price. This hotel is suitable for those who will do many activities outside the hotel, because the facilities are standard, there is only TV. We chose this hotel because from morning until after sunset we went around the interest places in Ubud and even to Kintamani.
