The place is not far from Wonosobo town square, an old Dutch heritage hotel but overall it is still good and decent, the downside is that there are no TV channels broadcasting

This is an older hotel, and the rooms are quite spacious, even without air conditioning. I found my stay very comfortable. For those who like hotels with spacious rooms and areas, this hotel is highly recommended.

Kresna Hotel Wonosobo offers a "Javanese" family-friendly atmosphere, but the hallways and paintings can sometimes create a spooky atmosphere at night. Perhaps there should be more lighting, the paintings replaced with colorful, modern themes, and decorative flowers in every corner of the hallway. The rooms are predominantly brown wood, so a modern touch is needed to avoid goosebumps at night.

I actually enjoyed staying at this hotel because I've been staying here frequently since the late 90s and early 2000s. However, the hotel hasn't been well maintained lately. The rooms are still okay, but the bathrooms look old. The outside of the rooms, especially, is quite dirty. However, the most disappointing thing is the noisy other guests. I experienced this in early 2020, and now it's happening again. I asked for a room without a connecting door, but was still given one. Luckily, this time, the next room was empty. However, the other guests are quite noisy. Sound from the corridor, especially, can easily enter the room. When other guests talk loudly, it can be quite disturbing, and this happens sometimes after 9 PM and around 6 AM, which are still considered rest time. If possible, guests in groups (wedding groups, as in the case of yesterday) should be separated and placed in one location, separate from guests who are not in a group. I saw guests from abroad as well. I think it would be quite disappointing if the situation isn't improved if there are guests from abroad.

the hotel is very spacious, the standard room size is spacious, but because it is an old hotel, the mattress is not comfortable anymore. for cleanliness, it is still ok. the service is also good.

The room was nice but a little bit dirty. The bed sheet and bathroom were the problem.

Overall it's comfortable, even though it's an old hotel but its class is still maintained, not inferior to other new hotels in Wonosobo City. No AC, no TV, but it's okay 👍🏻🔥🇮🇩

Ancient and vintage hotels, which must be maintained, but cleanliness and service must be improved.

First time here, I was a bit skeptical. But it turned out to be a classic atmosphere, clean, delicious food. Close to everywhere.

The hotel has a very pleasant traditional atmosphere and is close to the city center.

Some facilities are not working properly, like the TV, water heater, and water closet flush.

I booked for 4 nights (March 28 to April 2) the first night I entered the room there was a smell of rat urine in the area under the bed ..., maybe because it had not been occupied for a long time so HK did not clean the bedroom every day. In the morning when the HK team came we told them about the smell, and after cleaning it was no longer smelly ... but the third night there was still a faint smell ..., the next morning we decided to check out after breakfast. this is the most enjoyable, it turns out the food is delicious .., the tester really suits our tongue .... hopefully in the future the management of Kresna Hotel can improve its service and make Kresna Hotel an iconic hotel in Wonosobo amidst the rise of 4-star hotels in Wonosobo. many apologies and thanks.

Check in is only possible at 3. I can't be bothered to stay here again. TV is not available on the 2nd floor at the very end, which is not convenient.

Last time I went to Kresna a few years ago, this year I felt the improvement especially in breakfast options. The staff is also more responsive to serve. I like this hotel because it feels spacious, not stuffy and the location is strategic. In the morning you can take a morning walk to Alun Alun. Across the hotel there is also *lfamart if you need anything just cross the street. Worth it for the price of 400-500k per night.

The staff was very friendly, good service. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.
