Some rooms have leaking AC, and the hot water doesn't work. The food isn't very varied, and some tofu is sour.

As one of the choices when visiting Subang, Hotel Grant Subang is quite good in terms of service, but needs improvement in terms of cleanliness and room facilities, there are no welcome drinks and room slippers, and the TV is not normal, but it is comfortable enough for resting.

Close to the Grand Mosque, easy to find dinner

It's close to the city center and the Great Mosque of Subang, making it a great place to jog in the morning and find pancakes and fried rice. Finding food is easy.

Complain: 1. Hot water is not working. 2. Bathroom exhaust is not working. 3. AC is not cold (remote battery is dead).

I won't be staying here again, because the room smells really bad of cigarettes and the AC is leaking.

The hotel is old model but close to the market and at night there are lots of snacks around the market, the food variants are not varied, the toilets are not very clean and smell a bit.

The receptionist is not very friendly, the room is spacious, for the price it is worth it. The cleanliness of the sheets should be improved

Location near the town square, nice to be able to walk to the town square & grand mosque. The staff are generally polite, the parking attendant is very polite and directs well as well as the bellboy, the others are just so-so, a bit embarrassed to greet guests it seems 😬. Standard type room without windows, tea gets 1 bottle of ready-to-drink tea and 1 sachet of coffee, complete bathroom equipment, the room is quite ideal for resting.

TV has no broadcast, refrigerator is completely dead
