Quiet and comfortable location. Good service, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hot water doesn't work properly.

Got a room in the old building, when I entered it smelled musty, when I wanted to enter the elevator there was a big dark room, there was no CS in the old building, it was really scary, the water heater was dead and it was really cold, I booked for 2 nights, because I only slept for one night, I was scared.

Everything was good, especially the breakfast.

The space is spacious and perfect for morning exercise, with the fresh air perfect for relaxing. The rooms are also clean and well-maintained. The only downside is the limited number of power outlets, so charging requires using a roll-up cable with four outlets (a point to be aware of).

With a decent occupancy rate (according to hotel staff), this hotel clearly needs a major renovation. The old-fashioned lobby can be maintained, but the rooms are in dire need of repair. The beds seem old, the curtains are torn, and many areas are dusty. The food variety could be increased.

Recommended to stay at this hotel again if there is a next event.. Suitable for families.. Worth a try.

Strategically located in Margonda, downtown Depok, so it's close to everything. Pocin Station and Depok Baru Station are nearby. Margo City and Dmall are nearby. The UI campus is also nearby. The hotel grounds are all green, and the hotel grounds are spacious. There are 3 swimming pools and a playground beside the pools. The rooms are spacious and have central air conditioning. From the front desk, housekeeping, and security, they are friendly. They even escorted us to our rooms on the 3rd floor. There's no deposit and the breakfast is varied and delicious. Thanks Wiyata. The AC is hot and not cold, the room is dirty.

Good stuff, great customer service, great location, and a nice area. However, the room needed more attention when it came to cleanliness. Also, the bathroom channel was blocked and the air conditioning was not working properly.

This has been my go-to hotel since my eldest child was little. Now that she's in college, I'm taking her younger sibling with me, and it's still as comfortable as ever, thank God. The prices are increasingly affordable and won't break the bank. Highly recommended for those looking for a family staycation.

Wow, why isn't the hotel properly maintained? The hallway leading to the room was dull and dirty, with only patched paint. The room smelled musty, and I sneezed repeatedly until I got a cold because I'm allergic to dust. The outdated bathroom made the room uncomfortable and unhealthy. The AC wasn't cold, and the room smelled musty. But it was incredibly close to the DESARI, Jagorawi, and Cijago toll roads.
