First, the receptionist didn't inform me beforehand that the room I'd booked (a suite with a balcony) had been changed. After I checked in and entered the room, I noticed it wasn't the same as the one in the picture. It turned out my room had been moved to a family room (without a balcony) without any notification via email, WhatsApp, or the app.
Second, during breakfast (8:00 a.m.), my wife and child went to the breakfast area and found that most of the menu items were sold out, and no one took the initiative to add more. I wanted to get some mineral water, but it was also gone. Then I wanted to make coffee. After speaking with the staff, they replaced the water bottle and made me coffee (I prefer to make my own because it's definitely not the right taste). So we ended up with cheap rice cakes with vegetables for breakfast, and we couldn't finish them. It would have been better to buy breakfast outside.
In conclusion, we booked a suite, not a regular room, but the service and amenities didn't quite live up to expectations. It's true that the hotel is only a 2-star hotel, but every hotel has its standards, so it wasn't that bad.
