This is our second stay at Jimmers. Why did we come back? Because it felt comfortable. But after we returned, we found three cockroaches in the room. One was still relaxed, while the other two and three were immediately shocked. A management representative immediately came to apologize and we got a room change. While at Jimmers, we were only disappointed by the cockroaches. Otherwise, the service and other things were satisfactory. Entertainment for the kids was okay. Additionally, perhaps the hallways could be lit brighter to avoid dim lighting.

The hotel staff is friendly and can help you buy snacks or food outside at night because the restaurant is closed. The swimming pool is spacious and not too deep for me, who is not very tall. 😅 It's all worth it. The location is a bit inland with quite a bit of climbing and descending. 😅

The El Paso room was not soundproof from the outside. It turned out that the balcony window above was made of mosquito netting so it wasn't soundproof and the AC wasn't cold because the window had mosquito netting, so I couldn't sleep all night and the noise of motorbikes and cars. And someone was filming and turned on the generator in front of the room, it was really hard to sleep. 😵 There were no chairs or tables on the balcony. Then the bed was itchy, the kids were covered in bugs and were all red. The bathroom wasn't clean, I asked for a makeover but there was still a lot of hair and all the soap was gone. Calling Housekeeping and reception was very difficult, the restaurant was only answered. Sorry, my family and I are tired of staying here.

My first time staying here, upon check-in, I was surprised to hear that the front desk had upgraded my room to the Elpaso because the Sonora was full. I was considering paying extra, but it turned out to be free, a hotel perk. Wow, great! The room was clean, the hotel facilities were great, and it's recommended for families on vacation, especially those with children, as there's a mini zoo.

If possible, improve the maintenance of the plants above the room, as many black ants are entering the room through the ceiling. Overall, it's okay. The staff is friendly, the environment is comfortable, and it's clean. It's great.

The room was too dark, probably an older building, and the access to the room, like the stairs, was too dirty and dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned often. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was quite tasty, and the view was pretty cool 👍🏻

My vacation with my little family was very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, right up to our room. Afterward, the kids enjoyed the clean swimming pool, which has both a kiddie and adult pool. Then, we took photos in the cool, neat, and clean garden. All the staff were friendly. In the evening, we hung out at the cafe and sang along to live music. Then, in the morning, we got ready for breakfast. Near the cafe, we were offered the opportunity to see animals. Breakfast was accompanied by live music. Afterward, we walked around and admired the beautiful mountain views. Please maintain the neatness and friendly service... My little family and I really enjoyed staying at Jimmers Mountain Resort ❤️

Overall okay, complete facilities, OK room, only the floor is dusty, should be cleaned first. Large swimming pool & nice view, only if check-in towards night, Puncak is very congested, then we were directed to a very small alternative road/local road where that night our family entered into the thickets with no lights at all. It was really scary, afraid of muggings and the road was very steep. It's called Jl Cijulang. Eh at the end of the road was rocky, we couldn't continue and wanted to back up was also difficult had to accelerate because the road was climbing backwards like. No one would pass by a local's motorbike in the dark, thinking it was a mugging, imagine our feelings. Finally we decided to go via the main route despite the traffic jam. So advice for visitors, if there is traffic at night, just deal with it rather than going through small and dark roads.

I've been here many times, it's perfect for bringing kids, the pool is spacious, the garden is spacious, it's not too cold, but overall it's very satisfying.

Not recommended. The staff is friendly, but the access road and hotel are old. Upon entering the room, the smell of being unoccupied for a long time was immediately noticeable.
