Receptionis and staff are friendly, it's just that when I arrived the room wasn't ready and it was ready at 14.30 even though check-in was 2:00 PM, the room was clean and the food was delicious.

Great location within Ubud central and staff are definitely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selection was amazing!

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, quiet. The pool is nice and clean. recommended if you go to Ubud.

My husband and I fell in love with this hotel, the amazing panorama was gorgeous from our room, the condition of the room was quite clean, the room was quite spacious, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable and fragrant, the towels provided by the hotel were super complete, a total of 6 towels not including 2 clothes towels, hairdrayer, dalal for a very strategic location with ubud market, monkey forest, and view view, and in front of the hotel there are many beautiful and friendly restaurants and outlets with pockets. The position of the hotel in front of the road and only fit for 1 car, for breakfast I ordered an omlet which was quite tasty according to my tongue, and the husband ordered a pancake, but the pancake had to be leveled in terms of the texture being too dense, the taste of pancakes please be increased, the watermelon juice was very fresh and sweet, so our rivew hopefully can improve hotel bookings and better hotel services, thanks

A perfect hideaway. Nice place and very quiet to spend time alone. Recommended for couples or honeymooners. The drawback is the food is less varied. Hot water is also quickly cool, to fill the bathtub wrote less. We stayed in the villa with the private pool. the rooms are located just below the restaurant, a bit noisy and disturbing at the time the restaurant closes at 10 pm or when getting up early because the employees shifted benches or tables. But the overall services ok. his staff is friendly and very informative. let alone the place and the scenery is very quiet to spend time with a partner.

Nice hotel, nice swimming pool, clean room. Booked deluxe room with access to the pool and it was fantastic. Room with balcony overlooking greenery and the pool. The room facilities was great, bathroom with bathtub and shower. But I think more TV channel will be great, good WiFi
