The hotel staff was friendly, and the bathroom and toilet were clean. There was a slight issue at first, as the tap water was too small, but the staff quickly fixed it, and the heater took 2 minutes to get the water hot. The toiletries were also complete, but the towels were small (for face and hair), so if you're not satisfied, I recommend bringing your own large towel.

I came here for a running event in Jakim. I think it's quite different from the rooms I've stayed in before, and the price is quite reasonable, hehe. It's actually close to everywhere, especially if you're riding a motorbike. I think it's also quite good for a longer layover. I should probably stay here for two days 🤔

The owner is very kind. Sending a lot of packages from online shopping before we checked in was allowed, even when we checked in, the groceries were neatly arranged in the room so they wouldn't get lost if they were the ones who stored them. The owner is very kind. We checked out at 1 a.m., and his assistant was on standby waiting for us to hand over the keys. It's really cool. I want to stay here again for the Westlife concert, see you in January 2027.

The location is very strategic if you want to watch a concert at GBK, this is the right choice because it only takes about half an hour to walk.

The staff was helpful, but during my three-day stay, my room was never cleaned. I even had to take out the trash myself. If they really can't provide Wi-Fi, they should just remove it from the list of amenities. The Wi-Fi is incredibly slow, and no internet signal is available. It's incredibly annoying.

Nice, often subscribe to stay here and overall quite satisfying. The location is close to everywhere, especially many places to sell food around it. The room is clean and the AC is cold, there is also a TV. Comfortable because it is only used to rest after work. Hopefully it will always maintain its quality or can be better in the future. Strategic location, lots of places to eat. Near a warteg which is open 24 hours. Close to Alfamart and Indomart. The room is not soundproof. Mattress and bathroom clean.

I originally signed up for 4 nights for a business trip with my colleague. The location was the main reason for the selection, and location was as expected. Had most of the international F&B brands in the neighborhood. The rest was just not up to the standard. In conclusion, we checked out the next day. (didn't even bother asking for a partial refund) If you're backpacker travelling around the world, this could be it. But if you're on a business trip, not my recommendation.
