Checked in at night with my family. Checking in, the room's AC leaked, then we were moved to a smoking room with itchy sheets. There was no table around the bed. Hi Marra YSH Team, please show some respect to our customers. I'm also trying to understand why aparthotels = budget hotels, but I deserve a clean room, normal AC, and clean, running water. Even if the Wi-Fi doesn't work, I have no complaints.
