The hotel needs some maintenance improvement. Located on the 7th floor, only one light was on in the corridor at night, and even in front of the elevator, it was dark with no lights, making it look like a horror hotel. The TV in the room couldn't receive the broadcasts properly, making it boring because there was no entertainment in the room. I stayed there for 2 days, and there was no staff to clean the swimming pool.

The room wasn't soundproof enough, so you could hear noise from the next room. Otherwise, it was comfortable and strategically located.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby, but that's it. The bathroom was filthy, broken, and dirty. Curtains in the room were torn and dirty, bedsheets not washed and dirty. The TV signal reminded me of the 1960s. Buffet breakfast choices were limited, and most of the food trays were empty. Sofas in the dining area were dirty with stain marks on them. This seemed like a 1-star hotel to me. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is okay, and the location is quite close to everything, even though it's on a one-way street. The facilities are quite complete. But for some reason, the bed sheets feel itchy on my skin? Just put it aside.

Always a pleasant staycation at The Sahira Hotel with family, starting from the friendly staff, clean environment, easy & fast check-in process, comfortable rooms with fast & stable Wi-Fi facilities and beautiful views of Mount Salak, the drawbacks are the dark basement parking and the basement elevator that is not working, this can be an evaluation for The Sahira Hotel management so that in the future it can be better. Pluses: friendly staff, easy check-in, and fast security. Minuses: the elevator's AC wasn't working, so it was stuffy. The bathrooms in the pool area weren't very clean and didn't provide soap to rinse off after swimming.

Overall, it's good. I used to be a regular at activities here, but after Covid, it's probably quieter. The toilets are very dirty, and every time I stay there's always the sound of chairs being moved.

Overall, everything is great, nothing disappoints.
