The hotel seems to be struggling to survive. It's sad. This is evident from the fact that when I stayed, they only used the bottom few floors for guests; some of the public lights were turned off; hot water was unavailable; and there was no buffet breakfast, breakfast was served to the room. But despite this, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It made me even sadder, I felt sorry for the breakfast, even though it was served to the room, it still had a variety, including cut fruit. The room was quite large, with a soft mattress, perfect for resting. The location may not be too close to the city center, but access is quite smooth. There are many interesting cafes around the hotel to explore. Due to the limitations mentioned above, the hotel is not suitable for a staycation. However, it is very suitable for those looking for accommodation for a vacation in the city of Bogor, with relatively cheap room rates for the city. As long as your expectations are adjusted to the notes above, if you look at the room rates, this hotel is still okay for the price.

The hotel is okay even though it is next to the road, the food in the restaurant is quite good.

Overall, it was good. This was my second stay at Sahira. I chose this hotel because it was close to the event venue and offered a triple bed option. The room was clean, spacious, and bright. The only downside was that the shower took a long time to heat up. I called the front desk thinking it was broken. But after leaving the water on for a while, it finally heated up. This time, I didn't order breakfast because I had to check out before 8:00.

try checking from small to big things and maybe I'm wrong but the towel smells damp, hopefully others don't experience the same thing Teris love

The hotel staff was very friendly, but the room had mold stains, felt damp, and the lighting was creepy. The main meals were lacking in variety.

I stay here quite often. It's comfortable.

I stayed from July 11-12. The hot water in the room didn't work, and the pool attendant wasn't very responsive in preparing swimming towels. The TV wasn't up to par for a 4-star hotel. The food selection was very limited. You had to pay to borrow an iron, while other hotels offer free service.

The staff is friendly, the service is pleasant, it's fun to stay here, it's child-friendly, there's a children's playground in front.

It needs a lot of updating, the toilet is brownish on the edges, it's already wobbly and ready to come off, even the sink faucet looks like it's about to come off, the room is dusty, as if it hasn't been cleaned for a long time and someone has been living there.

The access card to the new room was only available after going back and forth from the 6th floor to the lobby 4 times... this was also experienced by several guests who stayed on Saturday, July 5, 2025.

The hotel staff is friendly and very comfortable.

The swimming pool is dirty & no towels provided, when we stayed the soap was empty until we asked for a refill, the food is delicious with lots of variations

I didn't expect the stay experience to be in accordance with the reviews on the application. Breakfast was not tasty (overall tended to be salty), the first day many were finished, the fruit was a bit stale. The room had to be moved on the second day because the AC was not cold, the towels smelled musty, there was no soap when taking a shower. The room overall was quite spacious, not wide and not narrow. Not worth the price, not suitable as a 4-star hotel.

Stayed overnight, good hospitality, neat, lobby is quite luxurious and there is a welcome drink. However, the room was dim, the bathroom was poorly maintained, there were many damages due to age. National TV is not even a smart TV. Sandals must be requested. There is no guard at the swimming pool, can't borrow towels. The AC is also not cold enough, complained since the afternoon, left for dinner but not checked. Finally at 10 pm they moved after being called again, cleaned first, etc. But the service is okay, polite.

This is my first time staying at a hotel but the swimming pool can't be used and is dirty, then the first time I entered the room it smelled of cigarettes, it turned out the source was from the bathroom, after taking a shower the cigarette smell still didn't go away, the hot water in the bathroom also couldn't be turned on (I called the person and they said to wait a long time for it to get hot but after waiting a long time it still didn't come out hot, the refrigerator in the room wasn't turned on. The rest of the room was nice and clean.
