It is unacceptable that the scrambled eggs were not accompanied by the promised sausages and that the alternative provided was unsatisfactory.

It is disheartening to hear that you were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by being seated in the hot sun by the pool. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how this could have negatively impacted your overall experience.
Please be assured that we take your feedback very seriously. We are currently reviewing our breakfast service procedures and seating policies to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Our goal is to provide all our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we regret that we fell short during your visit.
