I left my bag at the check-in counter because it wasn't check-in time yet. When I arrived, they gave me my room key. I thought they had already put my suitcase in the room, but when I went in, it wasn't there. Why didn't they just give me my bag when I checked in? Why did I have to call the counter again before they would deliver it? That annoyed me, and I checked out an hour early.

In terms of the hotel, it is very strategic, close to Atlas and aesthetic cafe, for this cheap price, it is really worth it, BUT maybe the deposit regulations can be made easier with card/credit card transactions maybe… because in this digital era, rarely do people carry 500 thousand in cash, maybe. But the rest of the hotel is really cool, the room is clean + spacious, the bath amenities are beyond expectations, it turns out to be Sensatia Botanica, the Room Readiness is okay and not delayed, there is also a car park, the TV is big and smart TV too, so for the price of 500 it is really super worth it.

Everything is very good, but the check-in and check-out time is corrupt for 2 hours, check-in at 15.00 check-out at 11.00...
