The staff was friendly, but I didn't like the slow Wi-Fi when I was lying in bed, and my room wasn't very soundproof. Every night, it sounded like someone was playing music, but I don't know where it was coming from.

Can hear the music from the club in the basement. Pillow not comfortable. The rest is nice.

Had a pleasant stay during my sudden change of plans. Location was awesome, being situated at the heart of Senopati, this place is located in the housing area while everything else is within walking distance. The place was squeaky clean, smells very calming, and we felt amazing just walking inside. Breakfast was great -- we chose the omelette and were surprisingly satisfied. Would definitely come again.

Stayed in room type 3, the room was really big (in my opinion because I was alone) the bathroom was transparent 😘, it had a smart TV and I used an account from W Home. So far all good, the staff was helpful

The staff is friendly, but the water in the shower is very small and the wifi for connecting to the TV often goes out.

Overall it's good, but for those looking for peace and quiet, it's not suitable here, maybe because there's a club in the same building, so it's really noisy, especially until 5 am before it stops, after the party there are lots of noisy people pacing back and forth in the corridors, sometimes there are also fights.

I've been here twice. The first time was almost the beginning of last year. Still, the hot water was problematic so I had to take a cold shower. Again, I can't take a shower here. Please fix it.

from the reviews of the other app that said that any w home is really good, I was interested in trying this one, it was really hard to get on the desired date because it was full very quickly and when I got it, it turned out the place was really comfortable, there was no noise because it was in the complex so it was quiet, the staff were all friendly, the room was really clean the first thing I noticed was that the room was quiet and really clean, comfortable, getting netf was the best because you didn't have to use your own account, the wifi was also fast, for a strategic location, for the room overall it was good, the pool was really clean, this is recommended, if you get a date and there is an empty one, you won't regret coming here again!!!

Staying here is easy to access, the rooms are spacious, and the lobby smells good. Overall, everything is good. The downside is that the bathtub has a lot of stains that might be difficult to remove, and the Wi-Fi is very slow.

Always pleasant to stay here , idk how many times tho. And the breakfast taste good eventho kinda late like 20mins but its ok. I wish they could provide drinks as well like in reserva free coffee or tea. Room always nice to stay
