Overall it's good, but for those looking for peace and quiet, it's not suitable here, maybe because there's a club in the same building, so it's really noisy, especially until 5 am before it stops, after the party there are lots of noisy people pacing back and forth in the corridors, sometimes there are also fights.

I've been here twice. The first time was almost the beginning of last year. Still, the hot water was problematic so I had to take a cold shower. Again, I can't take a shower here. Please fix it.

from the reviews of the other app that said that any w home is really good, I was interested in trying this one, it was really hard to get on the desired date because it was full very quickly and when I got it, it turned out the place was really comfortable, there was no noise because it was in the complex so it was quiet, the staff were all friendly, the room was really clean the first thing I noticed was that the room was quiet and really clean, comfortable, getting netf was the best because you didn't have to use your own account, the wifi was also fast, for a strategic location, for the room overall it was good, the pool was really clean, this is recommended, if you get a date and there is an empty one, you won't regret coming here again!!!

Staying here is easy to access, the rooms are spacious, and the lobby smells good. Overall, everything is good. The downside is that the bathtub has a lot of stains that might be difficult to remove, and the Wi-Fi is very slow.

Always pleasant to stay here , idk how many times tho. And the breakfast taste good eventho kinda late like 20mins but its ok. I wish they could provide drinks as well like in reserva free coffee or tea. Room always nice to stay

Cozy hotel with a very well-decorated room. Lots of perks like Netflix, in-room breakfast, and also ambience LED. A nice hotel to have a staycation or holiday with your partner, but not your family since the bathroom is quite open.

well the hot water is like hell ga ada air paanas air panas sesuai AC nya jadi kalau AC nomor 16 atau dingin pool katanya baru air panas nya aktif ini Uda 16 pun air dingin full Uda di kiri kanan sama aja X NO JANGAN MANDI PERCUMA balkon hanya untuk udara segar bukan rokok jadi percuma jg 950rb buat kamar + udara segar oh ia hot water itu ga ada sama sekali ya hanya fake news aja bilang nya AC nomor 16 pun ga ada panas nya sama sekali kaya mandi Aer tanpa water heater ga logika juga AC 16 air jadi panas yg ada masuk angin boss!!!

Stayed here twice, never got hot water. I don't know why the water heater never works. Even if I want to take a bath, only cold water comes out. About breakfast, this time I was disappointed because the receptionist had a miscommunication with the kitchen, so I who asked for breakfast to be delivered at 06.30 since check-in, it was only delivered at 8.15, that was because I went down to the lobby to ask for breakfast. When I arrived at the room, the fried rice was cold and the crackers were soft without bones Weak wifi, just watching tiktok was loading and buffering

The downside is still the hot water for bathing. Maybe the system can be improved again, so that the hot water is consistent. During my time there, I never got hot water for more than 2 minutes haha. In fact, there was often no hot water.

It was great experience. The staff is friendly and patient, the meal is also good. Room space and ambience is great too. I only have 1 suggestion. When the room door is opened, the first scenery you can look is the bath. And with transparent glass, everybody can look from outside the door. Maybe switch the angle of the door is better
