when I wanted to take a shower during the day, I wanted to check out but the water was really small, I immediately called CS to complain, they responded quickly, and the water came out even bigger 👍

The service is very good, the room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is oh my, the fried rice is still raw, it's not nice to eat, please fix it. For breakfast, if possible, change the menu to something tastier.

The location is strategic. The staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, the room is quite spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast is quite delicious. The only drawback is that the drinking glasses smell a bit fishy.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom, cold AC, easy access to the restaurant, the atmosphere of a Sundanese pride hotel, the typical Bogor nuance. The food is delicious, there are many choices until you are confused and the taste is delicious, you can take it to your room if you don't want to go to the restaurant, safe parking is guarded 24 hours. Alhamdulillah, the first time I stayed here, everything was very good, nothing was lacking. All the facilities were okay. Water, electricity, AC, TV was great. Just a suggestion for breakfast to be added to the menu so that it has more variety. Thank you.
