The rooms were not ready when we got to the hotel, even though we arrived past the check in time (8 pm), so we had to wait for around 30 minutes. The receptionist didn't stay at the reception desk, so we had to search for her. There were no phone in the room and no contact number so we had no way to contact the receptionist.

The party asked for a refund, but until now there has been no responsibility for the refund.

Came here on weekdays, it was quiet at first but then it got busy. The rooms are spacious, get a fairly complete breakfast, the price is very worth it, the beach front view is good.

The staff is friendly, but it takes a long time just to check in and check out. But okay. It's a bit noisy for resting because people are hanging out in front of the room. There's no privacy.

I'm not sure for foreigner, but for locals you need marriage certificate. I got room that smaller than it's supposed to be. The worst thing is when you order some food in their restaurant, it will take a decade. I ordered 1 food 1 drink and it took more than half an hour even there's only me as a customer. You will die for that! Poor service for their restaurants.
