The hotel was okay overall, but unfortunately, there wasn't free bottled water in the rooms, although there were gallon jugs for refills outside. It was clean and comfortable, and the food was quite good.

I was really satisfied staying here, and for that price, breakfast was included, so it was really worth it. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the room was spacious, there was a smart TV, the bathroom was clean, and there was a hair dryer too 😍. Next time I go back to Surabaya, I will stay here again 😍

The room is very clean! The staff cleaned it every day and even gave new amenities even when I forgot to ask for room cleaning service. The breakfast was also good. It was indeed a lovely stay.

Good! I've been back to this hotel twice. The rooms are large, clean & the staff are friendly. Even though it's still under renovation, it's still clean. Thank you to the room staff for decorating the room, the kids are happy :) Just a suggestion, you need to pay attention to the bathroom drain, the water takes too long to drain, so it stagnates when you shower. The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved.

Our first impression of the hotel staff strengthened our confidence that our stay at Swiss-Belexpress Jemursari would be memorable. And yes, it was. Our two-day stay at Swiss-Belexpress Jemursari left a lasting impression on us. Overall, even though the hotel is currently undergoing pool renovations, it didn't matter. The most important thing was that the rooms were very nice. Thank you.

Actually the hotel is good, but unfortunately the room is not soundproof so the sound of vehicles from outside can still be heard clearly and disturbs my sleep, especially on Saturday nights there are many motorbikes on the Jemur Sari Highway area with loud exhausts, so I can't sleep until dawn because the room is not soundproof.
