The hotel staff is friendly, the service is extraordinary, the hotel environment, the rooms are clean, plus the sea view near the hotel, oh my God.. Next vacation there again..

Very pleasant, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff.

It was fun staying here. I want to come back again if I have the fortune, but I just have a suggestion, hopefully the atmosphere will be renewed again.

Hotel Pia is under renovation but the renovated part is not closed at all, so dust goes everywhere, even into the room, have to ask to clean the room twice. The noise of the renovation is terrible. And the renovation items are also lying around. Luckily we were outside the hotel all day. In my experience, hotels in Bali that are also under renovation, they closed all the renovated parts neatly, nothing is visible that is being renovated, safety and comfort for customers are number 1. Pia Hotel should cover the renovated parts with a tarpaulin or something. Improve the hotel's performance standards again.

The hotel is nice, the view is directly to the sea. As for the room, it's just so-so. The staff is also diverse, some are nice and some are rude 😁

The receptionist was rude, insisted on charging for an extra bed even though there was no extra bed, luckily we also insisted on asking for proof and in the end we were not charged. On the day we asked for an extra bed, we informed at 4pm, the extra bed was forgotten to be installed until 9pm. Not recommended at all. The door to the balcony can't be locked, it's very dangerous for those with children, the shower is old, the water flows very slowly, the hole is already blocked, the breakfast menu is also the same, the fried rice tastes like the rice is given with ketchup and the sauce, the fish don't taste the seasoning, even though the place to eat the surroundings are nice, not worth it basically paying 650 for room facilities for 200rban. I ordered here because I thought I would be able to go straight to the beach, it turns out that the beach is open to the public and dirty, if you want to go to the swimming pool it's complicated, you have to use a voucher and it's only available from 9-17. The floor and playground in the swimming pool are not very child friendly, very slippery, smooth white marble made in the swimming pool, try it. Very disappointed. Next to Sibolga, it's better to stay at a normal accommodation plus find food outside, everything is delicious. There is no non-smoking area, even in the elevator and in the corridors of the rooms people smoke, it smells really bad, it's like staying in a hostel.

The hotel view is beautiful, the location is strategic, the hotel staff are also friendly, but the room size is small, the bed is also small. It seems like everything is small here 🤭.

Not worth the price,

Model hotel lama, kamar nya pon sempit untuk ukuran harganya. Kurang bersih, ga ada teko pemanas air. Angkat barang sendiri, ga ada room boy nya.
