I've stayed here twice, every time I go home and stop by Samarinda, I stay here, the staff are friendly, the parking is spacious, the parking attendant is also responsive, the breakfast is delicious, check in/out is easy, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom smells clean, even though there is no hot water, but it is really worth it, keep it up!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the food delivery staff. Everyone was friendly. Except for one thing, the bathroom was poorly maintained. Everything else was fine, but perhaps the bathroom could use some improvements. Highly recommended.

The location is inside, the room is small, I don't recommend it, I was already in as soon as I saw the room and immediately moved to another hotel

Staying here is perfect for families, close to Big Mall Samarinda. The room amenities are adequate for a comfortable stay. The room is clean, but the TV is still lacking in quality, as it uses cable and the picture is a bit blurry.

The food is delicious, close to Big Mall, close to the main road. It's just quite tiring going up and down the stairs, and the sound of the AC compressor is really noisy so every time the compressor turns on I always wake up because I'm shocked.

The hotel is nice and clean, but unfortunately it's not soundproof. People in the next room talking normally can be heard in the room. The wifi is also slow. But overall it's good, especially since it's very close to Big Mall and the bus terminal.
