The room was dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I ended up asking to be moved, but even then, I was still offered the original room. There was no room service because the person wasn't in for work.

From the first time I tried to open the door, the lock wouldn't work. I had to go down from the 5th floor to the 1st. I had to go down several times to get help. It was awful. The male receptionist in the morning was unfriendly.

There was no toilet paper on the 10th day of our stay, no towels were given, they said they forgot, a washcloth was stuck to the door handle, and only one toothbrush was given during our 10-day stay.
